About the role

We are seeking expressions of interest for sessional lecturers to conduct face-to-face teaching at our joint institute, Hebei University of Science and Technology, China, in undergraduate Information and Technology programs.

You will teach in English for one semester (12-week period) in Hebei, China. The teaching opportunity may be repeated twice a year (i.e. two semesters per year). You will coordinate, lecture and conduct lab/tutorial classes for appointed courses, manage a marking team, use a wide range of teaching and assessment strategies to suit a diverse range of students, develop innovative learning activities and assessment strategies and contribute to engagement and University initiatives.

You will possess a PhD focussed in an area of information technology/computing or similar.

All University positions delivering education and/or services to children must hold a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC). Please refer to the position description for WWCC requirements.
